Goals for personnel developmentIn terms of goals for personnel development, the Group sticks firmly to the belief that positive interaction between human capital and other value-adding factors like assets should always be highlighted. During the process of rapid development with high economic returns, the value of each individual employee should be realized simultaneously, and therefore emphasizes the mission of "focusing on the individual"

Criteria for selection
The Group follows the principle of a combination of sound morality and competence, thus morality, knowledge, ability and performance are the criteria for assessment. Devoted to establishing a positive mechanism for talented people to stand out and perform, the Group has developed a selection and placement framework of openness, competition, and excellence, irrespective of the applicants' educational background, certificates, seniority, or places of origin.The Mechanism of Motivation
Based on a salary survey of the market and the Group's salary policy, the Group developed its own salary system. It now adopts a system based on job titles, and carries out the practice of performance appraisal, which combines the annual income of the staff with how well they achieve their business goals and their own performance. On top of this, the Group implements the policy of MBO (managing by objectives) and uses balanced score cards to assess the employees' performance.The Group is actively studying other long-term incentive programs, such as stock grants, buying shares, phantom shares, profit-sharing, stock options and other stock-based rights, and is developing a distribution and motivation mechanism suitable for the growth stage of the enterprise, relevance to the performance, and encouragement of innovation and creation. At present, some subsidiary companies have tried practices such as employee-shareholding, and stock options for top management positions.
